For businesses
Legal training for organisations
Many legal mistakes are made by staff who were never told what is required of them: a manager who ends an employee's contract without following the proper procedure, or a sales representative who signs an agreement without authority. We run practical legal training for HR, sales and management teams, built on Saudi legislation and on situations drawn from the business's own work.

What we handle
- Labour Law for HR teams: contracts, warnings, disciplinary investigations and termination
- Contract essentials for managers and sales and procurement teams
- Personal data protection for staff handling customer data
- Lawful debt collection and handling cheques and promissory notes
- Using the Najiz platform to track cases and powers of attorney
- Governance and the duties of board members and managers
- Conflicts of interest and professional conduct at work
How we handle the file
We start with a meeting with the business's managers to identify recurring problems and the target audience, then design short, focused content that links the legal rules to the business's actual procedures. The training relies on practical examples, case studies and usable tools, such as a template warning letter or a checklist for reviewing a contract before signature. The duration, venue and number of sessions are agreed in advance, and we can add a short note of issues raised during the programme that may need attention in the business's policies.
Common questions
Can the programme be tailored to our business?
Yes. We build the content after learning about the business and the problems that recur in it, using examples from its own work with personal data removed. Duration, topics and number of sessions are agreed before we start.
Who benefits most from legal training?
Typically HR teams, managers responsible for hiring and termination, sales and procurement teams who negotiate or sign contracts, and staff who handle customer data. A separate programme can be designed for each group.
Does training replace the need for a lawyer?
No. Training raises the team's awareness and reduces common mistakes, but it does not replace legal review of significant decisions or live disputes. Its purpose is to help staff recognise when they can act on their own and when to refer to a legal adviser.
