What people ask before they call

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes, for individuals and organisations alike. We hear the facts, look at your documents and explain where you stand and what your options are, before you commit to anything.

How are fees set?

By the nature of the matter and the work involved, taking the client's financial and legal circumstances into account. Fees are agreed in writing before work starts.

Is the firm licensed?

Yes. Advocate Yousef Ayed Almuhaymizi holds Ministry of Justice license no. 441236, valid until October 2027. It can be verified through the QR code on the license or on the Ministry of Justice website.

Do you take cases outside Hail?

Yes. We are based in Hail and appear before courts across the Kingdom; many hearings are now held remotely through Najiz.

What should I bring to the consultation?

Your ID, any contract, deed, judgment or correspondence on the matter, and a short timeline of events with dates. If you don't have everything, bring what you have.

Is what I tell you confidential?
