The firm
A Hail law firm working before courts across the Kingdom
ADAL Law Firm & Legal Consultations is a licensed Saudi law firm with its office on Airport Road in Hail. We act for individuals in personal matters, and for businesses on their contracts, disputes and governance.
We think a client deserves to know where they stand before they pay. So every relationship starts with a free consultation, and before any claim is filed we set out the legal risks, an estimate of cost and the options available, including amicable settlement.
When litigation is necessary, we pursue it firmly. We prepare and file claims, replies and pleadings through Najiz, and appear before the general, criminal, commercial, labour, personal status and enforcement courts.
For businesses we work before the dispute, not after: drafting and reviewing contracts, articles of association and work regulations, governance, trademark registration, staff training, and running the arbitration if a dispute does arise.
Our fees are in line with the market and take account of each client's financial and legal circumstances; they are agreed in writing before work starts.
