Content is general information
Articles and answers on this site are general information about Saudi law, not legal advice on your situation. Every case turns on its own facts and documents, so don't make decisions on the strength of this site alone.
- 2
When the advocate–client relationship starts
Contacting us through the site, WhatsApp or the first consultation does not by itself create an engagement. The engagement begins when a written fee agreement is signed or a power of attorney is issued in the firm's favour.
- 3
Fees
The first consultation is free. Further work is priced by its nature and scope and agreed in writing before it starts. Government and court fees, and any expert or translation costs, are not included unless the agreement says so.
- 4
No promised outcomes
We bring due professional care to every case, but judgments are for the courts. Neither this site nor any agreement with us guarantees a particular outcome.
- 5
Intellectual property
The ADAL logo and the site's text and photographs belong to the firm. Short quotations from articles are welcome with attribution and a link; copying articles in full or using the logo needs written permission.
- 6
External links
The site may link to government platforms and other services such as Najiz, Google Maps and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
